Thank you for shopping with Erosion Protectors.

1. Order Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed during regular business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

2. Shipping Areas

We currently ship within Canada and may offer shipping to the United States on selected products or by request. Shipping availability may vary depending on product size, weight, and destination. Your site currently supports CAD and USD storefront selection.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. Rates may vary based on:

  • order size and weight
  • destination
  • carrier rates
  • residential or commercial delivery
  • remote or rural service areas

4. Bulk and Large Orders

Some products may require freight, pallet shipping, or special handling. For bulk, contractor, or oversized orders, additional shipping charges may apply. If needed, we will contact you before shipment.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times depend on your location, carrier service, and product availability. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • weather
  • carrier disruptions
  • remote delivery locations
  • customs processing for U.S. orders
  • seasonal volume or inventory issues

6. Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and email are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.

  • your order number
  • photos of damaged packaging and products
  • a brief description of the issue

8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is refused or returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, shipping charges are non-refundable. Additional re-shipping charges may apply.
