Return & Refund Policy

At Erosion Protectors, we want you to feel confident ordering from us. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, uninstalled, and unopened items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in new, unused condition
  • be in the original packaging
  • include proof of purchase
  • not be damaged due to use, installation, weather exposure, or improper handling after delivery

Because many of our products are used for outdoor, construction, landscaping, and erosion-control applications, installed, used, cut, opened, or weather-exposed items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • used or installed products
  • opened staples, parts kits, or consumable items
  • cut-to-size, custom, or special-order products
  • clearance or final-sale items
  • bulk or contractor orders quoted specially for a project

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is damaged in transit, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and work with you on a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us first at sales@erosionprotectors.com.

Please do not send items back without return approval.

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Restocking Fee

For approved returns that are not due to damage, defect, or shipping error, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% for large, bulky, or special handling items.

Bulk Orders

Bulk, commercial, and contractor orders may be subject to separate return terms provided at the time of quotation or sale. Please review your quote or contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it will be treated under this Return & Refund Policy.
